T-Shirts:
Range Creek shirts are crafted from premium, durable cotton blends designed for comfort and toughness in the field. Our tees run true to size; refer to each product’s description for fit details.
Shipping & Handling:
Each Range Creek tee is custom-made just for you. Please allow 7–10 business days for production and shipping. You’ll receive tracking information at the email address used during checkout.
As a custom shop, we don’t stock massive inventory — instead, we produce in real time to minimize waste and keep prices fair. This sustainable approach means your gear is made to order, ensuring freshness and quality with every piece.
Shipping Insurance:
Range Creek Outfitter is not liable for items lost, damaged, or stolen once they leave our facility. We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout to protect your purchase in transit. Claims can be filed by emailing us if this service is selected.
Exchanges:
Eligible Range Creek tees can be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of receipt. To start an exchange, contact us at hello@rangecreekoutfitter.com or call (903) 328-7002.
Please ship your exchange item within 7 days of contacting us. Once received, allow up to five business days for processing. Customers are responsible for return shipping; we’ll cover shipping your new item.
Returns & Cancellations:
Returns are accepted for eligible unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of receipt. Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, since each item is custom-made. Contact us by phone or email to start a return or cancellation.
Damaged or Defective Items:
While Range Creek can’t be responsible for items damaged, lost, or stolen in transit, shipping insurance is available to best protect your order.
Coupon Codes:
From time to time, we may offer coupon codes for special promotions. Codes cannot be combined with other offers and may exclude already discounted items. Check individual product descriptions for exclusions. Codes expire in Central Standard Time.
Sale & Limited Edition Items:
Discounted, sale, or limited edition products are final sale — no returns or exchanges. Orders ship within 7–10 business days. Contact us with any questions before ordering; we’re happy to help you find your perfect fit.
Product Colors:
Please note that screen resolution and lighting can cause slight variations in color. We do our best to show accurate product images; refer to our color charts for guidance.
Suggested Wash Instructions:
Wash cold, inside out, and hang or tumble dry for best results.
